Listings are information, not an offer

Apartment listings, rents, availability dates, photographs, floor plans, and descriptions on this site are provided for information. They are not an offer to lease and they do not create a contract. Availability changes, and an apartment shown as available may be taken by the time you write to us.

Nothing on this site reserves an apartment for you. A tenancy begins only when a written lease is signed by both you and the owner. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed lease, the lease governs.

Accuracy

We keep the site current and correct to the best of our ability, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Square footage, room dimensions, and photographs are approximate and illustrative; individual apartments vary. If a detail matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

No fees

We charge no application fee and no broker fee. If any page of this site is ever read as implying otherwise, this clause governs: we do not charge them. Rent, a security deposit, and any charges written into your lease are of course payable under that lease.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact us about renting. Please do not use it to send unlawful, abusive, or deliberately false information, to submit automated or bulk enquiries, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or to attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours.

Enquiries you send us

Send us accurate information. We rely on what you tell us when we decide how to respond and which apartments to show you. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fair housing

We rent in compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable Florida and Broward County law. We do not make rental decisions on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

Where we link to somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights as a tenant or applicant under the Fair Housing Act, Florida landlord-tenant law, or any other law that applies to you.
