No U.S. credit history needed

An employee arriving from abroad will not have a U.S. credit score. We do not require one. We ask for verifiable employment going back at least six months.

What does it cost to move in?

A standard security deposit and the first month of rent. No application fee, no broker fee, no administrative fee.

How quickly can someone move in?

It depends on what is vacant at the time. Ask us for current availability and we will answer directly.

Why there's no fee

Most rental sites charge you to apply, or charge the landlord to be seen and pass that cost back to you in the rent. We own these buildings. We would rather find a good tenant than collect a fee from everyone who asks a question.
