One predictable monthly cost

Rent includes Wi-Fi in the apartment and across the grounds, water, trash, $100 of electricity a month, and parking on site for one car. No resort fee and no nightly rate that spikes in season.

Month to month, 30-day minimum

Extend when the project extends. No annual lease. Notice and termination terms are set out in the signed month-to-month rental agreement. This is not a nightly rental -- stays under 30 days are not offered.

105 NE 16th Terrace is in Victoria Park, close to downtown and inside the free LauderGO! shuttle zone. 811 SE 16th Street is gated, sits near buses, Brightline and Tri-Rail, and is minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.

What if my dates move?

Tell us as early as you can. Because the lease runs month to month, a shifting end date is usually straightforward.

Why there's no fee

Most rental sites charge you to apply, or charge the landlord to be seen and pass that cost back to you in the rent. We own these buildings. We would rather find a good tenant than collect a fee from everyone who asks a question.
