What is the shortest stay you allow?
Thirty days. We rent month to month rather than by the night, so there is no nightly rate and no cleaning fee.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bedding and personal items. Furniture, kitchenware, central air and Wi-Fi are already there, and $100 of electricity is included each month.
Why there's no fee
Most rental sites charge you to apply, or charge the landlord to be seen and pass that cost back to you in the rent. We own these buildings. We would rather find a good tenant than collect a fee from everyone who asks a question.
