Are the apartments furnished?
Yes. Every apartment in both buildings is fully furnished, including kitchenware, so you can move in with a suitcase. Wi-Fi is already active in the apartment and across the grounds.
Do you offer month-to-month leases?
Yes. Both buildings rent month to month with a 30-day minimum stay. There is no annual lease requirement, which is why these buildings suit people wintering in Florida, people relocating, and anyone between homes.
What is included in the rent?
Furniture, kitchenware, central air, Wi-Fi in the apartment and on the grounds, $100 of electricity per month, water and trash. Both buildings have on-site laundry and parking for one car per apartment. Both buildings are pet friendly; pets must be on a leash anywhere on the property.
Where are the apartments located?
Two owner-operated buildings in Fort Lauderdale. 105 NE 16th Terrace is in Victoria Park, two blocks from Las Olas Boulevard and a mile from the beach, inside the free LauderGO! shuttle zone. 811 SE 16th Street is in Harbordale, gated, a mile from the beach, half a block from Harbordale Elementary, and minutes from the airport and Port Everglades.
Do you charge an application fee?
No. There is no application fee, no broker fee, and no administrative fee. You pay a standard security deposit and your first month of rent, and nothing else to us.
How do I contact the landlord?
